Defrosting & Handling Guidelines

1. Remove case from freezer storage (minus 18ºC).
2. Open case and decant packs onto tray (do not stack more than 2 packs high, to avoid sticking).
3. Defrost for a minimum of 12 hours or until fully thawed.
4. Wraps require loosening before packs are opened, so: - Allow pack to defrost - Loosen wraps by bending packs several times both ways - Open pack and slowly separate wraps
5. Once defrosted, close firmly after opening and keep in a cool place (max 7ºC). Use within 7 days.
6. Do not refreeze after thawing.

How to make a Pocket wrap:

1. Place filling in centre...
2. Fold over the lower side, to cover 2/3 of the wrap...
3. Fold remaining edges to cover filling
