Holiday roll with salmon and avocado mousse

  • MISSION tortilla cakes

  • For salmon mousse:

  • 400 g boiled salmon

  • 150 g cream cheese

  • 2-3 tbsp. l sour cream

  • 5 sprigs of dill

  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice

  • Avocado mousse:

  • 3 avocados
    2-3 tbsp. l lemon juice

  • For decoration:

    Avocado, red caviar, dill

     

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Put the boiled fish in the blender bowl.

    Add finely chopped dill, cream cheese and 2 tbsp.

    Add sour cream. Salt, pepper and chop until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Grind the avocado pulp in a blender along with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Lubricate the cakes evenly with avocado mousse, then lay out the salmon mousse.

    Roll up tight rolls, wrap with foil and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Cut the rolls into portioned pieces with a sharp knife.

    Garnish with slices of avocado, caviar and dill
